We hope you love your Sea Oceanwear purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Sale or clearance items are final sale unless faulty and may not be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

How to Return

• Email us at splash@seaoceanwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide return instructions and our return address.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery— please provide images if the products are damaged or faulty. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
